Lubomir Stefanoff | freediving and UW photography

Hello and welcome to my Freediving blog.

My name is Lubomir Stefanoff. I live in Sofia, Bulgaria. I started freediving in August 2007. After spending  1,5 months on the island of Rhodes, Greece in 2008 I got hooked on it. The desire to get better and experience the great sensations while holding my breath (apnea)  led to devoting a large part of my free time to training and freediving.

I started this blog to share experiences, keep track of my progress and get in touch with other freedivers. I’ve  added a section explaining what freedivng is (for my non-freedivig friends and for those of you who came across to this blog ‘accidentally’).
