Please receive my sincere congratulations!! I am so proud of you!! Now I have come to some 'enlightings' which I believe might help us (you) improve your diving. I believe if one wants to move underwater one must be efficient. We can't produce lift with our fins... Even with monofins one needs to push water backwards. And try to create as less drag as possible. As it is well known drag can be dramatically reduced if one does not (ideally) bend his/her knees... In practice we will always bend the knees slightly.
